Who We Are 2018-02-06T21:29:31+00:00

Our Mission

Grace Community Church is a Christian congregation dedicated to living out our motto: A Passion for God, A Mission to the World. The guiding authority in all our endeavors is the Bible, God’s holy word. As the Bible instructs us to do, we submit to the laws of our nation and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania whenever these laws do not conflict with the word of God. Our understanding of our responsibilities before God is summarized in our Statement of Faith and our Standards of Conduct.

What We Believe

Our highest purpose is to glorify God. We do this first by enjoying Him in heartfelt worship, and then by obeying His commands. We humbly ask God for worshiping and obedient hearts, so that our lives and our lips may honor the holy name of him who dwells in eternal blessedness and unapproachable light.

We believe sharing this truth with our neighbors and friends so they experience the grandeur of Jesus Christ is the greatest good we can do. We therefore strive to seek God and enjoy Him so we may serve our community in ways that they too may experience the holiness of Jesus.

Get Connected

Grace Community Church is a local body of believers with a passion for God and His holy word where we celebrate the work and person of Jesus Christ by serving our neighbors and the world in how God has enabled to do so. In doing so we strive to bring all glory to God, not for ourselves, but because He is glorious forever.

Being a Christian is more than just an instantaneous conversion – it is a daily process whereby you grow to be more and more like Christ.

Billy Graham

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.

C. S. Lewis

I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me
